Background

Kalad is a high-calibre qualified accountant, with over 20 years of post-qualification experience, across the banking, asset management, private equity and pharma sectors. Kal achieved first-class honours in university, going on to pass his ACCA examinations first-time. After working as a Regional Controller for Schroders, Kalad transitioned into senior financial roles for renowned businesses such as MUFG and Pantheon Ventures.
